TICAD Workshop, 9-12 July 2002
- South South Cooperation: Asia-Africa Partnership - This TICAD workshop followed up on the March 2002 TICAD Asia-Africa Partnership workshop in Kuala Lumpur and sought to share successful Asian experiences of public-private partnerships for the formulation and implementation of ICT policies with high level policy advisors from public and private sectors from 23 African Countries.
