India: Public Grievance Redress and Monitoring System (PGRAMS)

An online web-enabled system, developed by the NIC in association with the Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG), allows the public to lodge their grievances against any government ministry or department and get a quick response.

It is financed by the DARPG and is directed toward ensuring effective monitoring of grievances by the DARPG.

An aggrieved citizen can lodge a complaint against any government department including those of States and Union territories. Reminder facilities, an efficient and secured system and a user-friendly graphical interface make it extremely beneficial to its users.
