e-Primers for the Information Economy, Society and Polity
This series details the concepts, issues and trends surrounding the information economy, society and polity. It intends to raise awareness and help policy makers and planners understand the relevance of information and communication technologies (ICTs) for development, by explaining technical jargon in simple terms.
ICT4D Series
This series reviews and analyzes information and communication technologies (ICTs) for development policies and strategies across the region and guides the process of developing them. It aims to provide policy makers and other stakeholders in the development process valuable information on using ICTs effectively to achieve their goals.
Asia-Pacific e-Primer Series
The e-Primer series aim to provide policy makers and opinion leaders in developing countries of the Asia-Pacific with a clear understanding of the various terminologies, definitions, trends and issues surrounding the information economy, as well as, the specific implications of ICT for their societies.

Asian Parliamentarians Forum
An online forum for Asian Parliamentarians on ICT for Development. The Asian Parliamentarians Forum has been created in conjunction with the e-Awareness Seminar Series for Asian Parliamentarians (e-ASSAP) to heighten awareness among Asian lawmakers of the role of ICT today.
e-Policies and e-Strategies for Least Developed Countries of ASEAN
An initiative that aims to strengthen national capacities for Least Developed Member countries of ASEAN in the formulation of national e-policies and e-strategies for the application of ICT for development through national participatory consultations and under South-South cooperation principles.
ICT-focused Regional Human Development Report (RHDR)
The RHDR explores linkages between ICT and the human development objectives of the UN Millennium Development Goals.
Digital Review of Asia Pacific 2003/2004
This bi-annual review provides facts, figures, data and analysis of the state-of-the-art of ICT and Internet diffusion, adoption and application in 25 Asia-Pacific countries. It serves as a one-stop reference source on the state-of-practice and future trends in ICTs for development and ICTs for industry for policy- and decision-makers, technology practitioners and experts, researchers, and educators in the region.
Policy and Measures to promote ICT Application and Deployment for Business Development in Rural Areas in Vietnam
Grant awarded in April 2004 to Centre for Regional Research and Development, Ministry of Science and Technology to propose policy recommendations that will help to speed up the use of ICT in rural business.

Policy for Integration of ICT intiatives across Rural Karnataka
Grant awarded in October 2003 to Centre for Environmental Studies and the Energy and Resources Institute to develop strategies and policy recommendations for integration of ICT interventions in rural Karnataka.
Asian Forum on Information and Communication Technology Policies and e-Strategies, 20-22 October 2003
Given the inadequate policy support, comparatively higher access costs, and absence and relevant content on the Internet, one is beginning to see a growing rural-urban digital divide. The Asian Forum is to address; and share knowledge on national ICT Policies and e-Strategies.
