Presenting paper on: Infrastructure Development: Value - Added Telecom Services

Dr. Fadhlullah is currently the General Manager (Corporate Strategy & Services) of TM Net Sdn Bhd, which is one of the two major ISPs in Malaysia. .Apart from his present position, he was also involved in the development of a dedicated portal for health (www.health.com.my) which is now part of a larger Portal (www.bluehyppo.com). In parallel, he was also involved in the development of the leading Malaysian infostructure that supports electronic commerce and customised use (www.netmyne.com). He is currently developing the platform for Smart School in Malaysia.

Beyond development, he has involved himself in the National Electronic Commerce Council, Content Forum of Multimedia Commission; recently completing the Online Content Code, Global Infrastructure for Information and Communication participating in public policy development especially for electronic commerce and content use. In the academia, he is part of the Global Health Network Advisory Group of University of Pittsburgh as well as a part-time lecturer for Master of Community Health at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia for the area of Health Informatics and Health Financing.

Dr. Fadhlullah ia a qualified medical doctor from the Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia and subsequently specialised in Public Health with a degree of Master of Medicine in Public Health from National University of Singapore. After which he then sub-specialised in the field of Health Planning & Policy by attaining the Master of Arts in Health Management, Planning & Policy with distinction from University of Leeds.
