YBhg. Dato’ Mohd Salleh Hj Masduki is currently the Chief Executive of Commerce Dot Com, the exclusive provider of eProcurement Services to the Malaysian Government. The company supports all forms of Government procurement such as Central Contract purchases, Direct Purchase, Requests for Quotation, and Requests for Tender. These online services are provided both through the Internet and the dedicated government network – EG Net.

Prior to his current position he was the Vice President responsible for the MSC Flagship Coordination in the Multimedia Super Corridor. He was also the team leader in the Electronic Government task force to develop the Vision, Blueprint and Concept Request for Proposals of the Malaysian Electronic Government flagship applications.

Before joining MDC, YBhg Dato’ Mohd. Salleh was the Inaugural Executive Director of the South Investment, Trade and Technology Data Exchange Centre (SITTDEC), an on-line trade information service established by the Group 15 (G-15) countries.

YBhg Dato’ Mohd. Salleh has 36 years of IT industry experience starting in ICL United Kingdom for six years. Upon his return to Malaysia as the local ICL Systems and Technical Support Manager, he worked for another six years before embarking on other job opportunities including Petronas, Sime Darby Berhad, Digital Equipment Corporation and the Multimedia Development Corporation.

YBhg Dato’ Mohd. Salleh is also very active in policy-making committees including being a member of the National Council for Scientific Research and Development, Chairman, Intensified Research in Priority Areas, IT Panel; Trustee - International Federation of Information Processing; Board Member - ASEAN-European Union Management Centre; former Council Member - South East Asia Regional Computer Confederation (SEARCC); and was the immediate past President - Malaysian National Computer Confederation.

Dato' Mohd Salleh holds an MBA from Ohio University.
