Participants
Each country delegation will be made up primarily of the following:

Minister/Deputy Minister of ministries/agencies/authorities responsible for developing national ICT policies and strategies; |

Heads of telecommunication or ICT regulatory authorities/agencies; |

- |
Secretary General/Secretary/Permanent Secretaries/Director General (-or equivalent) of ministries/agencies/authorities responsible for developing and implementing national ICT policies/strategies, and |
|
- |
Heads of key national interest groups (e.g. national association of software/hardware producers; national Computer Society; national association of Internet Service Providers (ISPs); national Internet User Groups). |
Countries
The participating Asian countries in the Forum are Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, India, Indonesia, Japan, Lao PDR, Malaysia, Maldives, Mongolia, Nepal, Pakistan, Papua New Guinea, Philippines, Samoa, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Timor-Leste and Vietnam.
Resources permitting, more countries will be invited. In addition, respective UNDP Country Offices and other agencies may also support the participation of some of the other countries in the Asia-Pacific Region.
