| Ministers' Roundtable |
A Roundtable involving Ministers and heads of country delegations will kickoff the Forum, immediately after the Opening Session. The Roundtable will commence with a facilitator briefly tabling a number of crosscutting issues and concerns as regards to ICT policy and strategy formulation in the region.
