Accommodation

All confirmed seminar participants to the workshop have been booked into the Melia Hanoi. Please note that only room accommodation is being paid by the organisers. All participants are responsible for paying all other charges such as telephone usage, internet lines out of their rooms, mini-bar, room service, pay-per-view channels etc.

All rooms at the Melia Hanoi feature bathrooms with bathtub and shower, hair dryer, telephone with IDD and fax line, voice mail and message light, alarm clock, central air-conditioning with individual control, remote controlled colour TV programs and radio, mini bar, complimentary coffee and tea making facilities, safe deposit box, large working desk with executive chair, spare telephone connection line with power point for computer.

The Melia Hanoi also offers some excellent dining options; El Patio offers all day dining, with theme buffets, and the extremely popular Lotus Restaurant, that has become well known as one of the finest Thai and Chinese restaurants in Hanoi. Transportation will be provided for all participants from Noi Bai Internationnal Airport to the Melia Hotel. It is therefore imperative that we receive your flight itineraries soonest to enable us to arrange for your airport transfer.
