Flight Arrangements
All flight arrangements will be made through the respective local UNDP offices. Confirmed participants will be provided with return economy air tickets to Hanoi according to United Nations rates and regulations on travel. Please check with your local UNDP office for flight arrangements.
Visa
All participants are required to obtain visas before their arrival in Hanoi. Kindly check with your local UNDP offices for information regarding visa requirements for Hanoi.

Reservations have been made at the Melia Hanoi Hotel for all confirmed participants.
Hotel charges
Only room charges are being paid by the organizers. All participants are responsible for paying all other charges such as telephone usage, Internet lines out of their rooms, mini-bar, room service, pay-per-view channels etc.
Airport Transfers
Transportation will be provided for all participants from Noi Bai International Airport to the Melia Hanoi Hotel. It is therefore imperative that we receive your flight itineraries soonest to enable us to arrange for your airport transfer.
Transportation to Noi Bai International Airport
Transportation to the airport from the hotel for your departure can be arranged through the hotel. Please inform the hotel reception of your departure flight details.
Meals
Coffee breaks and lunch will be provided for the entire duration of the seminar including a welcome dinner on 14 July hosted by the Resident Representative of UNDP Vietnam.
Seminar Materials
All seminar materials will be provided to participants during registration on the first day. However, participants are encouraged to visit the eASSAP website for pre-workshop materials which provides background information on seminar presentations.
Workshgop Registration
Workshop registration begins at 8:00am on Monday 14 July.
