Biography
Mr. Zhu Yan
Director General, Beijing Informatization Office, China
As the Director General of the Beijing Municipal Office for Informatization, Zhu Yan holds responsibility for both the “Digital Beijing” and “Digital Olympics” projects scheduled for completion by 2008.
With over a decade of experience in High-Tech administrative roles, he has previously served as Vice Director and Executive Director with the Beijing Municipal Commission of Science and Technology.
He is a senior engineer with an MBA degree from Tsinghua University.
