Structure
The Summit featured well-known keynote speakers and discussants from China, Asia Pacific, Europe and North America. These individuals presented in pairs to offer contrasting perspectives on six distinct topics. All presentations were simultaneously translated in English and Mandarin, and is made available on this site. Speakers from China, Asia Pacific, Europe and North America were selected to represent a cross-section of perspectives and models of e-Government initiatives. There were no presentations by ICT vendors promoting their products or services.
