The Summit will feature well-known speakers from India, Asia-Pacific, Europe and North America. These individuals will present in pairs to offer contrasting perspectives on six distinct topics. All presentations will be in English. Speakers will be selected to represent a cross-section of perspectives and models of e-Government initiatives. There will be no presentations by ICT vendors promoting their products or services.
