The delegation comprised of members of the Bhutan IT Task Force, charged with the task of developing a National IT Strategy for Bhutan and the Informal Working Group on IT, which is responsible for preparing a report on the introduction and the use of Information and Communications Technologies (ICT) in Bhutan.
