A delegation of 10 participants from various Laos government ministries and national institutions attended the seminar, held at APDIP. The Seminar was launched by Ms Maxine Olson, the Resident Representative for UNDP Malaysia, with a key note speech on "Information and Communication Technologies for Asia-Pacific".
