The project is designed to enhance the institutional capacity of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, particularly in the relation to assessing, ratifying and reporting on treaties and conventions, and to use IT to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Ministry’s functions.

1. MOFA capacity to assess, negotiate and report on treaties for ratification and their implications for Bhutan as well as to deepen knowledge on human rights is enhanced
