Achievements:

The project established the re-employment information network system for laid-off workers, grasped basic information of laid-off female workers, transferred employment information and increased opportunities of re-employment.

In 1999, the re-employment centre and family labour service company of the women's federation in every districts were equipped with computers. These centres were connected with the central women re-employment centre allowing information exchange.

In 2002, the network of re-employment and business network for laid-off women workers opened. Tianjin women's business incubator was set up within the women business network centre, equipped with computers and full-time technicians.
