Achievements:

The project supported the establishment of the Customs Automation and Information Management System and helped the development of an e-Port System. The project also supported the amendments of the Customs Law. The development of three relevant regulations laid a sound foundation for China’s legal framework to improve its international trade circumstances and to meet the challenges of WTO accession.
