This project deals with online disbursement of Government services to the citizens and it is one of the most comprehensive solution covering 130 services which include issuance of certificates, electronic payment, information on schemes, MIS etc. The project uses state of the art technology with digital signatures and biometric security devices. CHOiCE is presently being operated in Raipur and would be rolled out in the remaining districts of the State.
