Open Source Software Localization Toolkit

Page Tools
This project aims to develop a plain-language Toolkit that will allow Asia-Pacific countries (that do not have computer systems in their own language) to develop localization projects without the need of specialized help. The Toolkit consists of a Manual and a CD. The Manual includes a series of "How-To" sub-manuals comprehensive to localizers: from management issues to the most technical parts, including installation of translation tools, etc. The Toolkit is being developed in parallel with the Khmer (Cambodia) localization project.
