This initiative aims to develop the National Strategic Framework for Bridging the Digital Divide in Malaysia for use in the Ninth Malaysia Plan.

Project currently being implemented by EPU and now targeted to be completed by August 2005. A delay resulted because of staff changes in counterpart agency. Once focal point established, momentum gathering and project well underway.
