The Philippines Virtual Plenary (PVP) Network is a system that was developed as part of this programme to provide a 'virtual' venue for consensus building knowledge sharing and acquisition, including coordination amongst key stakeholders in the Philippines’ policy development environment.
Outcomes of the PVP Network
- Local stakeholders dialogue on current policy issues in the environment sector.
- Linking of PVP Network users to other existing networks
- Strengthening of partnerships among these networks
- Establishment of a resource library where documents can be uploaded and shared among users
