The project aims to support (i) comprehensive mapping, monitoring/evaluation systems at the national level that allow for citizen participation in implementing projects and in facilitating transparency in public sector and (ii) information systems to facilitate flow of information to and from all levels of legislative bodies - lateral, vertical, and oblique flows encompassing Senate, national and provincial assemblies.
