The project focus on creating enabling institutional environment to suppor the maximum utilization of ICT for increased sector efficiency and reduction of barriers to accessing beneficial informaiton on the Internet for and by all the citizens.

Planned Outcome
- E-government system established
- Capacity building provided for all project target groups
- Two pilot e-Island systems implemented and the business case is developed for replication of e-island system to the rest of the remote islands.
