Title: An Overview of ICT Policies & e-Strategies of Select Asian Economies Description: This comparative study of ICT policies and e-Strategies of nine Asian countries selected from among those that have ICT legislations, policies, and strategies provides concrete research and analysis on the strengths and weaknesses that are evident in policies across the region. It will also identify strengths, weaknesses, similarities, and gaps in policy formulation in Asia. The overall objective of the study is to serve as a guide for planning by policy-makers in order to help them harmonize policy development processes in the region. |
