he Worldwide Centre of Excellence (CoE) Network consists of regional mechanisms aimed at strengthening the capacity within each region in order to develop high-level know-how and expertise in telecommunication policy, regulatory issues, corporate management and advanced telecommunication technology.

Cisco's global e-learning program offers students an opportunity to pursue IT curricula through online instructor-led training and hands-on lab exercises.

Global Telecom University / Global Telecom Training Institute

The GTU/GTTI provides an opportunity to exploit the evolution of telecommunication and information technology in the training sector, giving new possibilities to learn at a distance and avoiding travel expenses. Where learning at distance is not appropriate because of specific training requirement such as using specialised equipment, distance learning may have to be supplemented by traditional face-to-face learning.
