The Internet Governance Portal is an entry point to discussions about Internet Governance. The portal is organized according to Diplo’s IG methodology, which is based on five baskets: Infrastructure & Standardisation, Legal, Economic, Development, and Socio-cultural. Within each basket various IG issues are covered, such as copyright, DNS management, content policy, and e-commerce. Each IG issue is tackled by answering five fundamental questions – what, who, where, when, and how. The portal contains other resources dealing with theories, actors, and tools related to the Internet Governance process.
